QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in BS Customs Administration or supply chain related field
At least (2) year working experience in Freight Forwarding, Customs or Logistics (Import and Export)
Able to drive motorcycle; has driver’s license
Highly knowledgeable on Customs processes and laws
Proficiency in computer and other productivity tools
Strong sense of responsibility; ability to work independently under minimal supervision
Client oriented, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude dealing with people
Excellent negotiation skills
Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
Adept at creating content that will effectively engage audiences.
Excellent time, organizational, and self-management skills
Quick-thinking, keen to details, with excellent crisis management skills
Proactive and adaptable to changing work environments
ABOUT THE ROLE

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Air Freight
- Responsible for filing Manual entries at the Bureau of Customs
- Monitor shipment file in BOC portal
- Processing of release of Import Cargo from Warehouses
- Representative for Physical Examination at the warehouses on behalf of Broker
- Performing Clearances to Police clearance for Dangerous Goods
- Process the Banking Break bulk Fee, Forwarding Charges, Shipping lines fee, etc.
- Pick up Original Documents from Clients and Original OR’S from shipping
line, forwarder, Philippine Port of authority - Pick up Check Container Deposit Refund From shipping line
- Monitor Truck arrival to consignee and reported to Import & Export Supervisor
Sea Freight
- Responsible for filing Manual entries at the Bureau of Customs
- Monitor shipment file in BOC portal
- Processing of release of Import Cargo from Warehouses
- Performing clearances to Police clearance for Dangerous Goods
- Performing clearances to PCCI for Resin items etc.
- Act for Physical Examination at the warehouses on behalf of Broker
- Banking Forwarder & shipping line charges
- Shipment Original Bill of Lading Endorsement to shipping line & Forwarder
- Addressing Manual task for Customs Concerned
- Picked up Original Documents from Clients
- Picked up Original OR’S from shipping line, Forwarder, Philippine Port of authority
- Monitor Truck arrival to consignee and reported to Import Coordinator
