FCL SHIPMENT -
TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Payment terms: 50% DP prior to shipment pick up, and 50% prior to delivery at PH address

2. Liability clause: Claims on liabilities or damages shall be shouldered by the negligent party.
- For instance, shall there be any issues that arises due to undeclared items in the packing list that are found to be present in the shipment, this shall be the sole responsibility of the client, as it is the party's due diligence to declare all imported goods.
- Customers must submit Draft copies of Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin and other required shipping documents for confirmation prior to producing the original copies. Errors that arises due to:
a) Customers' failure to present and verify contents of the Draft documents - liability shall be shouldered by the customer.
b) Company's failure to accurately verify the required information - liability shall be shouldered by the company (Dash Cargo).

3. In the event of Force Majeure, the liability shall be shared between all affected parties.

LCL SHIPMENT -
TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Please always request for your factory/supplier to label your boxes with the following details: Name, Client Code, Delivery Address, PH Contact Person, PH Contact Number, Quantity and Item Description.

2. For any disputes in CBM count, this must be raised at the China Warehouse before confirming the turnover of goods. The confirmed and final CBM count shall be reflected on the warehouse Receiving Copy (pink slip). Upon billing we will follow what is stated in the Packing List sent by China WH.

3. All shipments with thin boxes and fragile items must be placed in a crate to avoid the boxes getting damaged. The company will not be liable for any claims caused by damages from the boxes being stacked.

4. Dash Cargo will not be liable for damages sustained due to forces of nature during shipping.

5. Depending on the nature of shipment, prices may vary for shipments less than 0.100cbm.

6. All shipments less than 3cbm are subject for pick up.

7. Delivery of items must be 1 address per shipment only.

8. Free deliveries for shipments of 6CBM and above are only applicable for Metro Manila addresses only. Separate fees will be charged for deliveries beyond Metro Manila.

9. Clients must pay before pick up, COD, or must be paid immediately after receiving the items. Items will not be turned over prior to payment.
